Privacy Policy

Effective October 13, 2026. This policy covers Kosher Discounts, operated by KosherMedia as part of the KosherBanners network.

Information you provide

When you submit an inquiry or signup, we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email, optional phone number, message, selected interests, and the property or campaign you ask about. Network signups also record the source website, page, time, and consent wording.

How information is used and shared

We use this information to respond, handle listing and advertising requests, and provide the updates you select. Property inquiries may be shared with the relevant listing agent or owner so they can respond. Form processing and hosting providers process information needed to deliver these services. Network signup details are stored in KosherMedia's protected signup system. Emailing us also involves your email provider and ours.

Analytics and browser storage

If you allow optional analytics, we record page visits, referring website, campaign attribution, device category, country, banner impressions and clicks, outbound-link activity, scrolling, and time spent. A temporary session identifier is kept in session storage. Our analytics do not send the contents of your inquiry fields. Your analytics choice is saved in local storage for up to 180 days. The signup panel separately remembers dismissal or completion, and some websites remember saved favorites. Hosting and form providers may process technical data needed for security and delivery.

Optional analytics remain off until you allow them. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable these analytics. Change your choice using Privacy settings below. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing or inquiries.

Email and optional text messages

Community emails follow your selected interests. Asking only for advertising information requests a response about advertising. Text-message consent is separate and optional; providing a phone number alone does not enroll you. Use the unsubscribe link in marketing emails or reply STOP to marketing texts. See the network signup privacy and text terms.

Third-party links

Advertisers, donation platforms, retailers, and other linked websites have their own privacy practices. Visiting those links sends you to a separate service.

Your choices and questions

Contact website@koshermedia.com or 212-564-4309 to request access, correction, removal, or a preference change. We may need to verify a request and retain records where needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location and the law.

Updates

Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date.
